Stop scanning broker emails by hand.

Connect your inbox. Set your buy box once. Every morning, the pipeline pre-screens the listings that came in overnight — with the field-by-field reasoning behind every PASS, REVIEW, and FAIL. Trigger a fresh scan any time from the dashboard.

We label and archive your emails — never permanently delete them, never see your password. Full security disclosure →

Doing this by hand isn’t a workflow. It’s a tax.

An institutional acquisitions desk gets 200+ broker emails a week. Most are noise. The good ones look identical to the noise until you read them — that’s 4 to 10 hours a week of analyst time you wanted to spend on underwriting.

The pipeline OCRs image attachments, normalizes the fields, scores against your buy box, and writes one row per property — with reasoning.

What brokers actually send
What appears on your dashboard

From inbox to buy box in three steps.

Step 1

Tell us your buy box in plain English

Describe what you buy and where. The AI parses it into screening criteria. Skip if you prefer to set it up manually.

Step 2

Confirm property types and geography

Pick the asset classes you screen and the states you operate in. Anything outside is filtered before you see it.

Step 3

Open your dashboard. New deals appear pre-screened.

Cron polls every morning. PASS, REVIEW, FAIL is decided before you read a single email.

Field-level reasoning, not “AI said so.”

Every PASS, REVIEW, or FAIL is traceable to your buy-box rules. No black box.

Gmail modify scope

Read messages, apply labels, archive, and mark read. The scope can move messages to Trash, but we never permanently delete messages bypassing Trash.

Encrypted at rest

Gmail tokens and IMAP passwords stored with AES-256-GCM. The Supabase service-role key is server-only — never in the browser.

Full audit trail

Every email considered is logged with the reason it was extracted, filtered, or skipped. You can see exactly what the pipeline did.

Tomorrow morning, your inbox could be triaged before your first coffee.
